At Storage Hunter Max G., we want you to be happy with every purchase. Please read our returns policy carefully before placing an order.

All Sales Are Final

Because our inventory consists of liquidation and auction merchandise, all sales are final by default. Items are sold as-is and may show signs of prior use or wear.

Exceptions

We do accept returns in the following cases:

The item received is significantly different from the listing description
The item arrived damaged due to shipping

How to Request a Return

Contact us within 3 days of receiving your order
Include your order number and photos of the item
We will review your request and respond within 1-2 business days

Refunds

Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5-7 business days. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer unless the item was damaged or incorrectly described.
